Roger Bart Overview

Born in Norwalk, Connecticut, Roger Bart earned a Tony nomination for his hilarious portrayal of Carmen Ghia in the award-winning Broadway musical The Producers, starring Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane. Eventually, Bart moved on to play the lead role of Leo Bloom. In 1999, he won a Tony Award as well as a Drama Desk Award for his performance as Snoopy in the Broadway revival of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.
