The son of O'Shea Jackson Sr., O'Shea Jackson Jr. is ensuring that he can stand on his own feet. Born in Los Angeles, California to his father and mother Kimberly Woodruff, O'Shea started off in the music industry where he was known by the stage name OMG.
Growing up, he witnessed his father first on television as O'Shea Jackson Sr., then transitioning into a film career. O'Shea would end up developing an interest in the industry and attended the University of Southern California for screenwriting. He eventually dropped out to pursue acting.
In 2014, it was announced that O'Shea would make his feature film debut portraying his father in the F. Gary Gray biopic Straight Outta Compton (2015).
