Born: October 25, 1973
Michael Weston was born into a family of actors. His mother, Judi West, and his father, John Rubinstein, have been prominent TV and film actors since the sixties. Although he grew up in New York City and was familiar with the acting world, Weston aspired to be a professional baseball player. His dream was short-lived when he injured his arm during a ballgame. Deciding to focus on school, Weston attended Northwestern University and graduated with a degree in Theater Arts.
In 2000, at the beginning of his acting career, Michael changed his surname from "Rubinstein" to "Weston" as there was already a Michael Rubinstein in the Screen Actors Guild.
Michael manages his time between the big and small screens. He has had many guest appearances in numerous TV shows such as Scrubs, ER, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Six Feet Under. You may also recognize him from movies such as The Last Kiss (2006), The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Garden State (2004), Pathology (2008) and State of Play (2009).
More recently, he's been working on television. He played Lucas Douglas on the medical drama from 2008 to 2010, Simon Marsden on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2007 to 2019, Harry Houdini on the 2016 mini-series Harry and Doyle and Gordon Page on the Fox medical drama The Resident from 2018 to 2019. He also plays a major role on the Apple TV+ series Home Before Dark (2020), which was filmed in Vancouver.
Michael has been married to singer/songwriter Priscilla Ahn since June 2010.
