Born: September 15, 1990

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Megan Stalter discovered her love of acting through community theater and improv clubs in her hometown. After briefly attending Sinclair Community College and Wright State University, she found her footing in Chicago's alt-comedy scene before creating and posting a viral Instagram character sketch in 2018 that earned her a following online.

Her breakout role came in 2021 with Hacks (2021), a role that critics named as "scene-stealing" and dubbed her "sketch comedy’s newest star." She went on to voice Bonnie Davis in Tooning Out the News (2020-2021) and appeared in The Treasure of Foggy Mountain (2023). Her first starring film role was in Cora Bora (2023), where she appeared as a struggling musician, showcasing her ability to have emotional depth while also still utilizing her comedic skills.

Megan plays the lead in Lena Dunham’s Netflix rom-com Too Much (2025), which premiered July 10, 2025. Known for her bold characters and improvisational flair, Stalter blends vulnerability with hilarious bravado to redefine modern character comedy. ~Erin Grace
