Mark Rosman Overview

Mark Rosman grew up in California and studied at UCLA for two years before going to New York University to study filmmaking. After graduation, he returned to Los Angeles, where he began his career as First Assistant Director on Brian De Palma's Home Movies (1979). Raising his own funds, Rosman directed, wrote and produced the now cult classic horror/thriller The House on Sorority Row as an independent, using non-union actors.
