Jim Parsons Overview

Jim Parsons was born in Houston, Texas and got his first taste of acting when he was six years old, playing a bird in a school play. Jim's father, Milton Joseph "Mickey," who was president of a plumbing company, died April 29, 2001 in a car accident. His mother Judy Ann and sister Julie Ann are teachers at the same school.
