Gary Stevens Overview

Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens made his acting debut in the Hollywood blockbuster Seabiscuit (2003), playing jockey George "The Iceman" Woolf. Stevens was born on a farm in Idaho, where his father trained horses. When Gary was six, he was diagnosed with a degenerative hip ailment and had to wear a brace.
