Mutants, known as Enhanced, are a truly terrifying force. In response, a special government unit is formed to defend the world against them. George (George Tchortov), a member of the unit, is captured by Anna (Alanna Bale), an Enhanced, while trying to pursue her. Anna reveals that she was kidnapped at a young age and was subject to experimentation, giving her powers. George promises to protect Anna, but things get complicated when an Enhanced serial killer enters the scene, killing other Enhanced and stealing their powers. With the government viewing Enhanced as weapons instead of people, Anna and George are now forced to decide whose side they are on during this secret war.
