Robert Lorenz has been making movies alongside Clint Eastwood as a producer for the last 20 years, so it was inevitable that he would one day be directing his own movie. That time has come with Trouble with the Curve, a touching drama about an aging baseball scout (Eastwood) who reconnects with his estranged daughter, played by Amy Adams.

Tribute.ca sat down with Robert in Los Angeles to discuss what it’s really like directing Clint Eastwood, memories of bonding with his dad and whether we’ll now see more directing projects in his future.
