Regi Domingo, who founded the Nakawe Project to save sharks and other marine animals, talks about the adventures she shared with director Rob Stewart while filming Sharkwater Extinction. She describes the most harrowing moments she experienced during the film, as well as some of the funniest memories she has of Rob. She hopes people will not just watch the film, but talk about it with others in order to help everyone realize that sharks are essential to our survival. She reveals that her organization works with fishermen to release baby sharks and to show them how the value of a live shark is potentially greater to them than that of a dead shark.
